Are you still shipping orders during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes! We are still shipping orders, with extra measures in place to ensure everyone’s safety. However, due to COVID-19, your order may take a little longer to get to you. For more information on our Coronavirus policy, please click here.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping costs £2.95 for UK delivery with free shipping on orders over £50. For International orders we charge £7.95 shipping but it's worth contacting us first and we can get a bespoke quote for the country you are ordering from.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We're excited for you to get your products as soon as possible and will aim to despatch your item within 48 hours of ordering. Once it has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
I haven’t received my item(s), what do I do?
If you haven’t received your items after 10 business days, please send an email to email@example.com and a member of our customer services team will get back to you ASAP.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a refund of any new, unworn item in its original packaging with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to offer a refund once the 14 days have lapsed.
