SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive another email when your order has been processed and shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will also contain tracking information that will allow you to track your order.
We're excited for you to get your products as soon as possible and will aim to despatch items within 48 hours of ordering but orders placed on weekends and national holidays may take slightly longer. If you have not had confirmation that your order has been shipped after 5 working days, please contact us on customersupport@honchoclothing.com.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days once your order has been shipped, but please allow 10 working days from confirmation of shipping to receive your order. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please get in touch and we will contact the shipping provider.
Shipping Rates
Standard UK Delivery = £2.95
Spend over £35 = FREE
We currently offer Royal Mail and Hermes shipping to the UK.
International Shipping = £7.95
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of £7.95. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
